How to get your calculator to us for repair

What is the best way to do that? There is never a good single answer but we have found the US Mail to very accessible and inexpensive. Priority Mail service will move a calculator from anywhere in the 50 states to us for $4.60 in just 2 to 3 days. That's pretty hard to beat. That's why we use it for return shipping to you. You can also add web tracking of the delivery for 60 cents if you like.

If you use the Post Office, you'll need small cell bubble wrap or a small padded bag to place the calculator in. If you can't find good cushioning material the Post Office will be happy to sell you an padded bag for about a dollar. Place the calculator in its slip case for protection (if you still have it!) and wrap in two layers of bubble wrap or place it inside the bag. The calculator can now go in the Priority Mail box that the Post Office will provide free of charge. The smallest box (Size #1) is usually fine for a single calculator. Seal it up, address the label they will give you, again, free of charge, slap it on and send it on it's way.

We do not recommend sending calculators in bags alone - boxes are always safer. If you do choose to use only a bag, make sure that it is well padded and sealed with additional tape. We have seen calculators lost in shipping due to poor packaging and it has always been an envelope at fault.

If the mail is not an option for you, the other shippers (UPS and Fed Ex, etc, etc) will not deliver to our PO Box. Please be sure to use the street address shown on the shipping form. It is a residential address and we're well known by all the drivers!
